即使……也……
How it works
即使 presents a condition that might be expected to change the result. 也 introduces a conclusion that still holds despite that condition.
The condition can be hypothetical or considered as a possibility. This pattern does not by itself assert that the condition has actually occurred.

即使下雨，我们也去。
Even if it rains, we will still go.
即使很忙，他也每天读书。
Even when he is busy, he reads every day.
Pinyin generally shows dictionary tones; tones can change in connected speech.
What to watch for
Do not use the condition as proof that something happened. 即使下雨 can discuss possible rain without reporting actual rain.
