Using SenMandarin

SenMandarin provides information and learning resources about Chinese. Use the site for lawful learning and teaching activities. Please contact Jason if you notice a mistake or have a question about a lesson.

Learning content

Teaching content is reviewed before publication. Learning-stage descriptions do not imply official HSK alignment. When an HSK level is assigned, its syllabus version is identified. No particular examination result or learning outcome is guaranteed.

Materials and attribution

Unless a page states a separate license, contact Jason before republishing, selling, or redistributing site text, branding or learning files. Access to a resource page does not imply permission to commercially distribute its materials.

Published vocabulary data is available under CC BY-SA 4.0, including our adaptations of dictionary material credited to MDBG and the CC-CEDICT contributors. The permission request above does not apply to uses allowed by this license. Vocabulary pages describe the source and changes; the site branding and other materials retain their separate terms.

Vocabulary PDF sources and licenses

The New HSK 1–9 Vocabulary List previews include adapted dictionary content fromMDBG and the CC-CEDICT contributors, licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0. Readings, parts of speech and English meanings were edited for these editions. These adaptations remain under the same license. No endorsement by the original contributors is implied. Other original material retains its separate terms. The permission request above does not limit uses allowed by this license.

Learning Materials

The Learning Materials collection presents selected covers, contents and sample pages. Full paid PDF files are not available for download on this website. Contact Jason to confirm the current edition, availability and any price. Sending an inquiry does not place an order, and a voluntary tip does not purchase a material.

Lesson consultations

Contacting Jason starts a consultation. A lesson is confirmed only after both parties agree on the schedule, fees, platform and other arrangements. Cancellation and rescheduling arrangements should be agreed directly before booking. This site does not take lesson payments or automatically reserve time slots. Voluntary tips on the support page are made separately through WeChat Pay or Alipay; they do not book a lesson or purchase materials.

External services

External services, including WeChat, operate under their own terms. Jason does not control their availability. Details of lessons and materials may change; confirm current information directly.
