Find a word. Make it stick.
Read the English clue and tap the right Chinese word. Nine little possibilities. One new connection.

1. Read the clue. Find its Chinese meaning among nine word cards. Cards stay visible so you have time to read.
2. Tap a word. A correct find earns 10 points. Every three correct answers in a row adds a 2-point bonus, up to 10 extra points. A mistake resets your combo.
3. Learn, then continue. Every answer reveals pinyin and meaning. Press Next word when ready. Mistakes are saved for review.
1. Make connections. Select a Chinese card and its English or pinyin partner. Tap a selected card again to deselect it; tap another card on the same side to change your choice.
2. Match and learn. Correct pairs fade out in place. A mismatch reveals both words; press Try another pair when ready.
3. Keep your streak. Each pair earns 10 points. Every three correct pairs in a row adds a 2-point bonus, up to 10 extra points. A mismatch resets your combo. Easy has 4 pairs, Normal 6, and Hard 8.
Practice: no timer. Challenge: a generous shared time budget, paused while you read answer feedback. Slow reading is never recorded as a wrong answer. Review: uses mistakes from this browser at your selected level; small review sets may contain fewer questions or pairs.
Pause anytime. Leaving the tab pauses automatically. Refreshing offers a paused saved game. Every restart reshuffles the questions and cards. Complete a round for a brief fireworks celebration. End game saves a partial report. Sound starts only after you press Start Game or Resume.
